Florida Social Rentals provides party rental items, packages, and add-ons for events in South Florida. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, communications, booking process, invoices, rental agreements, payments, delivery, pickup, rental use, safety expectations, and related services offered by Florida Social Rentals.

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional written policies, invoice terms, booking notes, and rental agreement terms provided by Florida Social Rentals. If there is a conflict between general website content and your approved invoice or signed rental agreement, the approved invoice and signed rental agreement will control.

You may use our website for lawful purposes related to learning about our rentals, browsing packages and add-ons, submitting booking requests, managing inquiries, signing up for our newsletter, and communicating with Florida Social Rentals.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, scrape or copy content without permission, submit false information, or use the website in any way that could harm Florida Social Rentals, our customers, or third parties.

Florida Social Rentals may update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue website features at any time.

We strive to keep website content accurate and current. Rental availability, pricing, photos, descriptions, package inclusions, add-ons, service area information, delivery details, and promotional offers may change without notice.

Website content is provided for general information and planning purposes. Final rental details, pricing, taxes, fees, delivery windows, setup requirements, and booking terms are confirmed through your approved invoice, rental agreement, and written communications from Florida Social Rentals.

Our website, booking forms, newsletter, and rental services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By using our website, submitting a booking request, renting from Florida Social Rentals, or signing up for our newsletter, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

An adult 18 or older must be present for delivery and pickup, must sign the rental agreement when required, and must supervise rental use during the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To book with Florida Social Rentals, clients add preferred items to their Party Box and submit a booking request with event details. Florida Social Rentals reviews availability, confirms details, and sends an invoice for approval. Every event may differ, so the request allows confirmation of availability, delivery details, add-ons, and special setup needs before the rental is officially booked.

A rental is not confirmed upon request submission. Florida Social Rentals reviews the event date, rental items, delivery location, and requested add-ons. The rental is officially confirmed once the invoice is approved, the required deposit has been paid, and the rental agreement is signed. Verbal confirmations and inquiries do not hold dates.

Availability shown on rental listings reflects confirmed bookings with deposits already paid. Dates are not officially reserved until booking is confirmed and the deposit is received. All bookings are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Florida Social Rentals may place a temporary 24-hour hold on an event date after the invoice has been sent; if the deposit is not received within that period, the date may be released.

The agreement explains client responsibilities during the rental period, including proper use of rental items, adult supervision, keeping rentals safe from weather or misuse, and reporting issues, spills, accidents, or damage right away. All bookings must be confirmed with a signed rental agreement and any required deposit, retainer, or payment before delivery.

The person who signed the rental agreement should be present at delivery and pickup to approve setup location, review rental items, and complete required signatures. An approved alternate representative may accept delivery or pickup if approved in advance.

Florida Social Rentals rental prices are day rates unless otherwise stated. Current rental pricing starts at $50 per day for the Snow Cone Machine and $85 per day for The Social Cart. Package pricing and add-ons are also available. Each rental includes the equipment listed in that specific product description; clients should review each listing carefully.

Supplies are not automatically included unless listed in the package or product description. Clients may add supplies, serving pieces, syrups, cups, napkins, and other party add-ons when building their Party Box. Florida Social Rentals offers curated packages, custom event pricing, multi-item discounts through packages or custom quotes, and custom quotes for schools, nonprofits, churches, and community events whenever possible.

Florida Social Rentals accepts major credit cards, Zelle, and Apple Pay. Clients are welcome to pay the full balance upfront if preferred. Any applicable taxes are added during invoice finalization and are not included in listed prices.

If payment is late, Florida Social Rentals provides a 24-hour grace period. After that, the event date may be reopened for other bookings.

Listed rental prices do not include taxes. Any applicable taxes are added during invoice finalization.

Clients should review their invoice for the final total including applicable taxes before approval and payment.

Florida Social Rentals accepts major credit cards, Zelle, and Apple Pay unless otherwise stated on your invoice or rental agreement. Clients are welcome to pay the full balance upfront if preferred.

Clients are responsible for ensuring payment methods are valid and sufficient funds are available before scheduled payment due dates. Payment terms, including deposit and final balance timing, are outlined in the rental agreement and invoice.

Florida Social Rentals requires a 50% deposit to reserve rental items and lock in the event date. The deposit secures rental items, reserves the event date, protects the calendar, and helps avoid last-minute cancellations.

The booking deposit is non-refundable. It is applied toward the final balance. Deposits and retainers are non-refundable; depending on when a client cancels, the deposit or retainer may become a credit toward a future booking under the cancellation policy.

Deposits are not refundable due to rain or weather. Florida Social Rentals offers one weather-related reschedule option per booking when unsafe weather is expected and the client contacts Florida Social Rentals before delivery or setup is attempted.

All bookings must be confirmed with a signed rental agreement and any required deposit, retainer, or payment before delivery or pickup.

The final balance for a Florida Social Rentals booking is due 48 hours before the event date. The non-refundable booking deposit is applied toward this final balance.

Clients may pay the full amount upfront if preferred. If payment is late, Florida Social Rentals provides a 24-hour grace period; after that, the event date may be reopened for other bookings.

Payment terms, including deposit and final balance timing, are outlined in the rental agreement and invoice.

Florida Social Rentals requires security deposits for rentals and packages. Security deposit amounts vary by rental item or package. Current amounts are: Snow Cone Machine, $50; The Social Cart, $75; Sweet Social Cart, $85; Candy Social Cart, $85; Snow Cone Party Pack, $75; and Snow Cone Cart Social, $100.

Security deposits are refundable as long as rentals are returned on time and without damage, missing pieces, excessive mess, stains, or policy violations. If damage occurs, the cost may be deducted from the security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the client is responsible for the remaining balance.

The security deposit is refundable after rental items are returned and inspected. If everything is returned on time and in good condition, the security deposit will be refunded. Damage fees, cleaning fees, missing item fees, late fees, or repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit.

Florida Social Rentals offers an optional damage protection fee for 10% of the order total. This fee is non-refundable and may help cover certain accidental damage during the rental period.

Damage protection does not cover lost items, stolen items, missing pieces, intentional damage, misuse, weather damage, water damage, moving rentals without approval, open flame damage, excessive mess, stains, or failure to follow rental instructions. Clients remain responsible for supervising rentals and using all items safely and properly.

Booking deposits and retainers are non-refundable. Depending on cancellation timing, a retainer may become a credit toward a future booking rather than a cash refund. Supply add-ons such as cups, napkins, straws, and syrups are not refundable once purchased, prepared, delivered, or used. Custom or personalized items are not refundable once ordered, designed, purchased, prepared, or reserved.

Cancellation refund terms are: 7 or more days before event, retainer becomes credit; 3 to 6 days before event, 50% of total due or retainer forfeited; less than 72 hours before event, no refund; same day, no refund. Cancellations made the day before or the day of the event are not eligible for refund.

Security deposits are refunded after rental items are returned and inspected, provided items are returned on time and in good condition. If Florida Social Rentals must cancel due to an issue on its end, or if a rental becomes unavailable due to an issue on its end, Florida Social Rentals may offer rescheduling, a replacement item, a credit, or a refund for the affected rental item depending on the situation.

Refunds are not provided for power issues outside of Florida Social Rentals' control, or when setup cannot be completed because there is no safe power or access.

The specified FAQ sources state that retainers may become credit toward a future booking under certain cancellation terms, but do not define credit expiration periods, transferability, or usage limits beyond availability for rescheduling.

When a cancellation qualifies for credit rather than a cash refund, the credit is subject to the terms outlined in the rental agreement and invoice. Clients should confirm credit usage windows and any restrictions before rescheduling.

Cancellations and reschedules must be requested in writing. Florida Social Rentals cancellation policy is based on how close the cancellation is to the event date.

Weather cancellations follow the same fee structure; deposits are not refundable due to weather.

Florida Social Rentals allows one reschedule per booking, subject to availability. Clients should contact Florida Social Rentals as soon as possible if rescheduling is needed. New dates are not guaranteed and depend on schedule and rental item availability.

Regular reschedules require at least 48 hours' notice. Weather-related reschedules should be requested as early as possible and must be requested before delivery or setup is attempted. Once delivery has been made or setup has been attempted, the rental is considered fulfilled and may not be eligible for rescheduling.

If an event is postponed, Florida Social Rentals will do its best to move the rental to a new available date. If the event is postponed last minute, or if delivery or setup has already started, additional fees may apply.

Florida Social Rentals allows one weather-related reschedule per booking if unsafe weather is expected. Clients should contact Florida Social Rentals as early as possible, before delivery or setup is attempted. The new date depends on availability.

Florida Social Rentals offers one rain date or weather-related reschedule option per booking, subject to availability. The rain date must be requested before delivery or setup is attempted.

Once delivery has been made or setup has been attempted, the rental is considered fulfilled and cannot be rescheduled due to weather. Deposits are not refundable due to rain or weather.

The specified FAQ sources do not define a formal force majeure clause. They address emergencies by directing clients to ensure safety first, call emergency services if needed, stop using the rental, and contact Florida Social Rentals right away.

If an emergency happens before delivery and affects the event or Florida Social Rentals' ability to deliver, clients should contact Florida Social Rentals as soon as possible. Florida Social Rentals will review the situation and discuss available options based on timing, availability, and booking policies.

Clients may request changes to rental items after booking; changes are based on availability, package requirements, setup needs, and whether supplies or rental items have already been prepared. Rental item changes are not guaranteed once booking is confirmed, and changes are not allowed within 48 hours of the event.

Delivery address changes are subject to approval and may affect delivery fee, pickup fee, timing, and setup requirements. If the new location is farther away, outside the service area, difficult to access, or requested last minute, additional fees may apply or the change may not be possible.

Event time changes depend on schedule and availability. Time changes requested less than 48 hours before delivery are not guaranteed and may include additional fees. Order reductions are subject to approval, timing, minimum booking requirements, and whether items have already been prepared. Consumable supplies and custom items may not be refundable once purchased or reserved.

Each rental listing includes a calendar reflecting confirmed bookings with deposits already paid. Availability can change quickly; dates are not officially reserved until booking is confirmed and the deposit is received. All bookings are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Colors, styles, display pieces, and add-ons are subject to availability. Additions, reductions, and item changes after booking are based on availability and may depend on whether items have already been prepared or loaded. Last-minute additions are not guaranteed.

If a rental becomes unavailable due to an issue on Florida Social Rentals' end, Florida Social Rentals will contact the client as soon as possible and may offer a comparable replacement, a reschedule option, a credit, or a refund for the affected item.

Florida Social Rentals serves Broward County, Palm Beach County, and Miami-Dade County, and may travel outside the main service area by custom quote. Florida Social Rentals delivers up to 50 miles from its Tamarac location. Events farther than 40 miles may require a custom quote. Events outside the standard service area may be available by custom quote based on distance, travel time, delivery needs, and pickup requirements.

Delivery is not included in listed rental prices. Delivery fees are based on distance from the Tamarac location: within 10 miles, $25; 11 to 20 miles, $40; 21 to 30 miles, $60; 31 to 40 miles, $80; over 40 miles, custom quote.

Florida Social Rentals offers delivery and pickup throughout its South Florida service area. Pickup may be available for approved rental items; some items may require delivery due to size, setup needs, or safety. Delivery and pickup windows are scheduled before the event based on event start or end time, location, rental items, and daily schedule.

Florida Social Rentals schedules pickup windows before the event based on event end time, location, rental items, and schedule. The person who signed the rental agreement should be present at pickup to review returned rental items and complete required sign-off. An approved alternate representative may accept pickup if approved in advance.

At pickup, rentals should be in the same general location where delivered unless a different pickup spot was approved. Clients should remove personal items, food, trash, and decorations from the rental before arrival. All reusable rental pieces, add-ons, accessories, cords, jars, scoops, tongs, trays, stands, and display pieces must be returned at pickup.

If no one is available at the agreed pickup time, late fees or return trip fees may apply. Next-day pickup may be available depending on rental and schedule.

Clients must have the setup area cleared before Florida Social Rentals arrives, including moving tables, chairs, toys, decorations, cars, trash bins, or anything blocking the delivery path or setup spot. Florida Social Rentals does not move furniture or clear space for setup. Someone 18 or older must be present for delivery and pickup.

Standard setup for items Florida Social Rentals brings is included unless the location requires extra time, difficult access, stairs, long walking distances, elevator complications, or return trips. Florida Social Rentals sets up rental items and add-ons it provides. Client-provided desserts, candy, food, decorations, florals, balloons, favors, and personal items are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Florida Social Rentals recommends allowing at least 45 minutes for setup. Larger setups, difficult access, add-ons, or multiple rentals may require more time. If the setup area, power access, gate access, or delivery path is not ready at arrival, additional fees may apply. Florida Social Rentals reserves the right to decline setup in any area that is unsafe, not ready, inaccessible, or not suitable for the rental item.

Clients should make sure power access is ready before Florida Social Rentals arrives for any electric rental. Power or access issue fees may apply if setup is delayed, blocked, unsafe, or unable to be completed because the event space is not ready.

Power issues may include no outlet available, outlet does not work, breaker keeps tripping, GFCI outlet needs resetting, outlet too far from setup, machine sharing power with too many items, use of unsafe or damaged extension cord, generator not approved ahead of time, outlet exposed to rain or standing water, or power source unable to safely support the machine.

Access issues may include locked gate, no one present to provide access, loose pets, blocked path, uncleared setup area, narrow delivery path, undisclosed stairs, unavailable elevator, parking too far away, undisclosed long carry, muddy or uneven ground, last-minute setup area changes, or cart unable to fit through gate or doorway.

Additional access fees may apply when delivery or pickup requires stairs, long carries, elevator delays, difficult parking, or complicated venue access. Second-floor events may be available depending on access; stair, elevator, long-carry, or difficult-access fees may apply.

Clients should disclose stairs, elevators, parking, loading zones, and delivery path details before booking. Undisclosed stairs, unavailable elevator access, or elevator complications may result in access issue fees.

Clients are responsible for arranging safe and accessible parking for delivery and pickup. If parking is limited, clients should notify Florida Social Rentals before the event so planning can occur. Clients are responsible for providing safe and accessible parking; if parking, valet, loading zones, garages, or venue access require fees, those fees are the client's responsibility.

Clients are responsible for any valet, parking, gate access, loading dock, or venue fees required for delivery or pickup. For apartments, condos, gated communities, and venues, clients should provide gate codes, loading instructions, elevator details, parking information, and building access requirements before delivery. Gate access should be arranged before arrival to avoid delivery delays or additional fees.

Rentals may be delivered the night before depending on availability and scheduling. Early, late, or special delivery windows may include additional fees. Next-day pickup may be available depending on the rental and schedule.

After-hours delivery or pickup fees are: before 8 AM, $25; after 8 PM, $25; after 10 PM, $50; holiday late-night pickup, custom quote.

Some rentals require electricity. Electric rentals such as the snow cone machine must be set up near a safe, working power source. A standard household outlet works for most electric rentals; the outlet must be safe, working, and close enough to the approved setup area.

Clients are responsible for making sure safe, working power is available before delivery and throughout the rental period. For electric rentals, clients should have a working outlet available within reach of the setup area. If power is not close by, an approved extension cord may be needed.

A dedicated outlet is strongly recommended for the snow cone machine whenever possible. The machine should not share power with high-power equipment such as popcorn machines, cotton candy machines, bounce house blowers, coffee makers, heaters, refrigerators, DJ equipment, or large lighting setups. Florida Social Rentals is not responsible for power issues caused by overloaded outlets, shared circuits, tripped breakers, generators, extension cords, or unsafe power access.

Extension cords are available as an add-on when needed for approved setups. Clients may use their own extension cord as long as it is safe, undamaged, appropriate for the rental, and approved for the setup location. Florida Social Rentals may decline use of a cord if it appears unsafe, damaged, too short, overloaded, or not suitable for the event layout.

Rentals may be set up far from the outlet only if setup can be done safely with an approved extension cord. Cords must not create trip hazards, electrical hazards, water hazards, or unsafe event layouts. For safety, power cords should not run across walkways, entrances, exits, driveways, pool areas, or high-traffic guest paths whenever possible.

If a cord must cross an area where people may walk, it must be safely secured with an approved cord cover or another safe setup method. Extension cords may not be placed through standing water, wet grass, puddles, pool splash zones, pinching doorways, or areas where guests, children, pets, or vehicles may damage them.

Florida Social Rentals generators are coming soon. Some electric rentals may be used with an approved generator. The generator must be safe, properly powered for the rental, and approved before the event.

Clients are responsible for providing, operating, and safely placing the generator unless otherwise arranged with Florida Social Rentals. If there is no power available, electric rentals cannot be used unless an approved generator is provided.

Generator use without prior approval may be considered a power/access issue. Florida Social Rentals is not responsible for power issues caused by generators or unsafe power access.

Florida Social Rentals rentals can be used for indoor and outdoor events when the setup location is safe, level, dry, and approved for the rental item. Outdoor events may require extra planning for weather, power access, and covered setup areas. Many rentals can be used outside when the setup area is safe, level, dry, and protected from weather.

Outdoor rentals should not be exposed to rain, standing water, mud, unsafe wind, lightning, or other unsafe conditions. For outdoor events, clients are responsible for having a safe, dry, covered backup setup area ready. Covered areas may include a covered patio, garage, covered terrace, pavilion, or approved tent and must be dry, level, accessible, and safe for setup.

Clients are responsible for protecting rentals from rain, water, sprinklers, standing water, wet grass, mud, and unsafe weather conditions during the rental period. Rentals may not be left outside overnight; items must be kept in a safe, dry, covered, and protected location unless otherwise approved in writing.

Rentals should not be used near standing water, puddles, sprinklers, splash zones, wet grass, or any area where water could reach the rental, outlet, or cords. Florida Social Rentals does not recommend placing rentals near a pool. Electric rentals, cords, wooden carts, and display pieces should be kept away from pool edges, splash zones, wet surfaces, and slip or trip areas.

Clients should make sure sprinkler systems are turned off before delivery and throughout the rental period. Electric rentals, wooden carts, displays, cords, and accessories cannot be set up or used in rain, standing water, wet grass, mud, lightning, or unsafe conditions. Extension cords may not be placed through standing water, wet grass, puddles, or pool splash zones.

Rentals may not be left outside overnight unless otherwise approved in writing by Florida Social Rentals. Items must be kept in a safe, dry, covered, and protected location during the rental period.

Clients are responsible for protecting rentals from rain, water, sprinklers, standing water, wet grass, mud, unsafe wind, and other weather-related risks when rentals remain on site after setup.

Clients are responsible for having the setup area ready before arrival, providing clear access to the location, providing safe power for electric rentals, and ensuring rentals are used properly during the event. Clients must supervise guests, wipe up major spills, protect rentals from weather, and remove food, trash, decor, balloons, and personal items before pickup.

The client is responsible for the rental once it has been delivered and accepted, including proper use, adult supervision, safe placement, weather protection, preventing damage, and ensuring all rental items and add-ons are returned. Clients are responsible for guest behavior and rental supervision during the event.

Florida Social Rentals handles standard cleaning after pickup, but damage, missing pieces, excessive mess, misuse, unsafe setup changes, or policy violations may result in additional fees.

Florida Social Rentals machines are safe to use when operated by an adult and used according to provided instructions. Florida Social Rentals provides basic safety and use instructions for rentals. Clients should review instructions before use and contact Florida Social Rentals right away with questions during the event.

Only adults 18 years or older may operate rental machines. Children may enjoy rentals as guests but should not operate machines or handle equipment. Pets should be supervised and kept away from machines, cords, food displays, and rental equipment. For emergencies, clients should call 911 first.

The Snow Cone Social is Florida Social Rentals' snow cone machine rental, suitable for birthdays, backyard parties, school events, summer parties, and South Florida celebrations. The machine can make up to 72 servings. It can be rented by itself. Pricing starts at $50 per day.

The machine is freestanding on its own stand with wheels and does not require a table for the machine itself. It needs a flat, level, dry setup area and access to a safe working outlet. Ice is not included unless specifically stated in the package or booking; clients are responsible for providing ice. Florida Social Rentals will walk clients through basic use and provide instructions at delivery.

Rentals must be used safely and responsibly. If a rental is damaged or made unsafe because it was overloaded, moved without approval, used in bad weather, handled improperly, placed near water, operated by children, or used contrary to instructions, additional cleaning, repair, or replacement fees may apply.

Normal use does not include climbing on items, moving rentals without approval, overloading the cart, using rentals in bad weather, forcing machines, using open flames, exposing rentals to water, leaving stains or sticky residue, or returning items with missing or broken pieces. The client is responsible for guest misuse during the event.

Florida Social Rentals offers attendant service for select rentals at $35 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. An attendant can help serve guests or manage a rental station during the event. Attendants are not required for every rental.

If an attendant is not booked, the client is responsible for operating, supervising, and monitoring the rental during the event according to instructions and safety guidelines. Florida Social Rentals does not prepare or serve food unless a specific attendant service has been booked for an approved rental station.

Florida Social Rentals allows lightweight decor placed around the rental or attached with approved clips, removable ribbon, or loose ties only. Clients may decorate the cart and use their own decorations and signage subject to safety and non-damage requirements.

Clients may use rentals with homemade or store-bought food; clients are responsible for food safety, storage, serving, and guest allergy awareness.

Clients are responsible for food safety during the event, including proper storage, serving, temperature control, allergy awareness, and safe handling of any food, drinks, syrups, desserts, or candy provided by the client. Florida Social Rentals does not provide food handling services and does not prepare or serve food unless a specific attendant service has been booked for an approved rental station.

Clients may use their own decorations as long as they are safe for the rental and follow decoration guidelines. Clients may use their own signage as long as it does not require nails, screws, holes, permanent adhesives, or anything that could damage the cart.

Client-provided desserts, candy, food, decorations, florals, balloons, favors, and personal items are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in advance. If using The Social Cart for desserts, favors, treats, or decor, those items should be prepared before guests arrive.

All rental items are cleaned before each event. Machines are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. Reusable serving pieces, jars, scoops, tongs, trays, stands, and serving pieces are cleaned and sanitized between rentals.

Basic cleaning is included in the rental price. Clients are not required to deep clean rentals before pickup. Florida Social Rentals handles full cleaning and sanitizing after pickup. Clients should return rentals reasonably clear of trash, leftover food, spills, decorations, and personal items.

Reusable food-contact items are cleaned and sanitized between rentals. Single-use supplies such as cups, napkins, and straws are provided new for each customer.

Additional cleaning fees may apply if rentals are returned with excessive mess, sticky residue, stains, food, trash, or anything requiring extra cleaning beyond normal use.

Clients are responsible for basic cleanup during the event and before pickup, including throwing away trash, removing food and personal items, wiping up major spills, and keeping the rental area reasonably clean. A quick rinse of reusable add-ons that touched food is appreciated when possible, but full washing is not required.

Clients are responsible for damaged, broken, missing, stained, or unusable rental items and add-ons. If an item is damaged, lost, or stolen during the rental period, the client is responsible for repair or replacement costs. Damage may be deducted from the security deposit; if costs exceed the deposit, the client is responsible for the remaining balance.

Normal use means enjoying rentals as intended—making snow cones, displaying desserts or decor, and using serving pieces carefully while following instructions. A little normal party wear is expected. Damage means anything leaving the rental broken, stained, sticky, unsafe, missing pieces, or unable to be rented again without extra cleaning, repair, or replacement.

If something breaks, clients should stop using the item, keep everyone safe, and contact Florida Social Rentals right away. Clients should not repair, hide, tape, glue, or continue using damaged items.

Guests should not move rentals after setup. Rentals should only be moved by the renter with extreme care and only when safe to do so; Florida Social Rentals should be contacted first whenever possible. Clients are responsible for any damage caused by moving rentals after setup.

Moving items can create safety risks and may damage the rental, flooring, decor, cords, or surrounding property. Clients should not move, repair, take apart, force, or adjust rental items without approval. If something seems unsafe, clients should stop using it and contact Florida Social Rentals.

Florida Social Rentals does not handle permits. Clients are responsible for securing pavilion reservations, vendor approvals, written permissions, or event approvals. Vendor paperwork or basic business information may be available upon request.

Clients are responsible for any venue fees, permits, parking costs, or required approvals required for delivery or pickup. Clients are responsible for telling Florida Social Rentals about venue setup rules before delivery, including delivery times, loading areas, elevator access, vendor check-in, insurance requirements, food rules, power restrictions, decoration rules, pickup deadlines, or cleanup requirements.

If a venue requires pickup by a certain time, clients should communicate that before booking. After-hours, late-night, early-morning, or special pickup timing may include additional fees.

Florida Social Rentals provides rental items, setup, pickup, and approved supplies. For fundraiser and public events, the client or event organizer is responsible for fundraiser operations, guest supervision, sales, donations, permits, food handling, and event requirements.

For public events, clients should confirm food, allergy, serving, or sampling rules with the organizer. Florida Social Rentals does not provide food handling services. Clients are responsible for confirming food, allergy, and ingredient rules with schools, churches, businesses, venues, and event organizers before booking.

Florida Social Rentals rentals can be used for office parties, employee appreciation events, grand openings, customer events, brand activations, vendor markets, fundraisers, and public events when approved by the venue or organizer.

For vendor markets and public events, clients should confirm booth space size, load-in and load-out times, power access, generator rules if needed, insurance or vendor paperwork requirements, and food, allergy, syrup, sampling, or serving rules. Every park, city, and county may have different requirements. Clients are responsible for checking park rules, venue rules, HOA rules, and organizer requirements before booking. Florida Social Rentals may provide vendor information or basic business information upon request but does not assume responsibility for permit compliance.

Florida Social Rentals may decline use of an unsafe extension cord or generator not approved ahead of time.

If the venue does not allow outside vendors or rental companies, Florida Social Rentals cannot proceed with delivery. Clients are responsible for confirming vendor approval before booking.
