A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit amount is applied toward your rental total. Remaining balance is due per the terms in your quote and agreement.
Select items require a refundable security deposit, held until equipment is returned and inspected. Deductions may apply for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required.
Cancellations and reschedules must be requested in writing. Refund and credit terms depend on how far in advance notice is given and are outlined in your rental agreement.
Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. Clients are responsible for having a backup plan. We reserve the right to decline setup in unsafe conditions.
Delivery windows, access requirements, and fees are confirmed in your quote. Client must ensure clear access for delivery and pickup at the agreed times.
Clients are responsible for rented items during the rental period. Damage beyond normal wear, theft, or loss may result in repair or replacement charges.
Rentals must be returned in the condition specified in your agreement. Excessive cleaning or failure to follow cleaning instructions may incur additional fees.
Late returns may incur additional daily rental fees. Extended delays may affect your security deposit refund.
Food-related supplies are provided with ingredient and allergen information when available. Clients with dietary restrictions should verify details before serving guests. We are not liable for allergic reactions when information is provided and properly disclosed.
Clients are responsible for supervising equipment use, ensuring safe operation, complying with venue rules, and preventing unauthorized use by minors without adult supervision.
